Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process your cancellation immediately. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details. We recommend including your order number and the email address used to place the order to expedite the cancellation process. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already been packaged and handed over to our shipping partners.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be processed and credited may vary depending on your financial institution. Typically, you should see the refund in your account within 7-10 business days after we process it.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). If you received a free shipping promotion, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In cases where a replacement is requested instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement item once the returned product is received and inspected. Replacement shipping will be at our expense if the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment processor. Some financial institutions may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter. We may need to provide additional information to your financial institution to help resolve the issue. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account before contacting us about missing refunds.
